Breeding station „ D A L M A D A M I “ founded in 1991
My first fatal meeting with Dalmatians happened on the training ground in Kroměříž, in September 1973. Well, MVDr.Blanka Miholová appeared accompanied by her kennel which, at that time, included among other breeds also black-spotted male Derby of Včelí zahrada and brown-spotted female Astarté of Včelí Zahrada. At that time, I personally met the doyen of the Dalmatians breeding in our country, Ing.Jan Findejs. It was almost impossible to get a baby-Dalmatian; to have a little Dalmatian was a matter for only a few of the lucky chosen ones.
Since that time, I have had “the spots” under my skin and as the fate had it, on 17 November 1989 I brought home the in-every-aspect “revolutionary”, black-spotted little female named Alla of Daleba (*30 September 1989, m: Deny of Ka-Weite,f:Bret Černá a Bílá), who perfectly affected the entire course of events in our family kennel. After many great years spent together, she passed away on 23 May 2002 and passed the baton to another spots, this time the brown ones. Today, we share our home with three Dalmatians, all of them brown-spotted. :-)
